OMH Proposed Rule – Integrated Clinics

OMH has published in today’s edition of the State Register a Proposed Rule Making to add a new Subpart 599-1 – Integrated Outpatient Services.

The proposed rule relates to standards applicable to programs licensed or certified by OMH, the Department of Health, or the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services which desire to add to existing program services provided under the licensure or certification of one or both of the other agencies. This rule serves to promote increased access to physical and behavioral health services at a single site and foster delivery of integrated services.

OMH and OASAS will accept public comments on this rule until close of business December 1, 2014.

The text can be accessed here 599-1.text.10.1.14
