OMH has adopted as final amendments to 14 NYCRR Part 512 – Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS). The amendments serve to add provisions with respect to the Balancing Incentive Program (BIP), to help transition individuals to more integrated and independent settings in the community following an extended period in an adult home, nursing home as defined in Section 2801 of the Public Health Law, State-operated community residence or State psychiatric center. The rule was adopted as final on November 12, 2014.
