Dear Colleagues:
OMH will be issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Supported Housing to serve Adult Home Residents with SMI in the Bronx and Staten Island. This RFP funds the development and operation of up to 900 Supported housing Units: 351 in the Bronx and 549 in Staten Island. The five impacted adult homes in these boroughs have been divided into three groups with roughly 300 Class Members in each group: one for the Bronx Adult Homes, and two for the Staten Island Adult Homes. Housing providers can bid to provide In-reach and Supported Housing services for any of the three groups for which they are eligible, consistent with the criteria outlined in the RFP. The RFP will be posted on the OMH website on January 28, 2015.
