The applicant conference will be held by Teleconference/Webinar. The Department requests that potential applicants register for this conference by e-mailing [email protected] to insure that adequate accommodations be made for the number of prospective attendees. A maximum number of 10 representatives from each prospective applicant will be permitted to attend the applicant conference. Failure to attend the Applicant conference will not preclude the submission of an application. Deadline for reservations is October 15, 2015
