The newest OMH DSRIP Safety Net Provider list has been posted at http://www.health.ny.gov/health_care/medicaid/redesign/docs/safety_net_omh.pdf
It is labeled 8/15/14. The list labeled 8/14/14 that was posted last week was incorrect, invalid and taken down. Please look at the new list and if you are not on it, let us know. Also, you have until 8/27/14 to appeal. If you appealed before but were unsuccessful, you can appeal again, but you must submit the paperwork again. If you did not appeal last time, you may this time. DOH must be able to show CMS that you do, in fact, meet the patient volume test, so it is important to get them as much information as possible.
We are still working with the state to try to get non-Medicaid providers on the list, so please appeal to protect your position going forward.
