Dear MRT Listserv Members:
In an effort to promote collaborative learning and to highlight an actual example of the DSRIP PPS planning process, DOH asked the emerging Westchester Medical Center PPS to record a webinar explaining the journey/process WMC has undergone in its effort to develop a comprehensive DSRIP Project Plan due this December 2014. The webinar covers specific topics, including: network development, governance, DSRIP program management and staffing, conducting the DSRIP Community Needs Assessment, project selection/planning considerations, community and stakeholder engagement as well as key takeaways from the process thus far.
The webinar and slides are now available on the DSRIP website in the DSRIP Webinars and Presentations section.
DOH would also like to thank the emerging Westchester Medical Center PPS not only for taking time to record the webinar, but also for its willingness to share its learnings and best-practices from the DSRIP planning process with others.
