As a follow up to last week’s Health Home Implementation webinar, included are the Power Point slides from the April 20th webinar which outlined how to access training for the Community Mental Health Assessment in the UAS-NY Training Environment and the Behavioral Health Transition Guide 2016-04-06. The webinar recording is posted in the UAS-NY Training Environment under Course 8110 Community Mental Health in the Resource section of the training environment.

In addition, several lead Health Homes have asked about the availability of in-person trainings on the Community Mental Health Assessment. The State Agency partners are in the process of planning for in-person trainings and more information will be forthcoming.
