OMH has filed a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to add a new Section 599.17 to Title 14 NYCRR – Clinic Treatment Programs. This rule establishes basic standards and parameters to approve the use of telepsychiatry in OMH-licensed clinic programs choosing to offer this service. The proposed rule was published in today’s edition of the State Register and will be posted to the OMH regulations webpage shortly. Comments will be accepted through c.o.b. November 10, 2014.
