OMH has filed with the Department of State a Notice of Proposed Rule Making to amend 14 NYCRR Part 512 – Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS). The amendments serve to provide financial support through the Balancing Incentive Program (“BIP”) to help transition individuals to more integrated and independent settings in the community following an extended period in an adult home, nursing home, or State psychiatric center.
Public comments on the proposed rule will be accepted until close of business October 6, 2014.
