This notice is to inform providers that our newly revised CANS-NY training is ready for use starting April 29, 2016.
Here are the instructions on how to access the CANS-NY tool at www.canstraining.com so each provider will have access to training and certification on the CANS-NY tool.
REMINDER: All providers currently using the CANS-NY tool and those new to CANS, need to complete training and obtain certification in order to use the assessment (the enrollment of children into Health Homes is expected to begin on October 1, 2016).
