The NYSDOH is pleased to announce the dates for both downstate and upstate Public Comment Days on the 1115 Waiver programs. The downstate Public Comment Day will be held on May 13th in New York City, at 90 Church Street. The upstate Public Comment Day will be held on June 10th in Albany at the Empire State Plaza. More details and logistical information will be sent out over the next few weeks as it is confirmed.
The Public Comment Day will fulfill the CMS requirement for giving stakeholders and the public an opportunity to comment on the state’s 1115 waiver programs. We expect that most feedback will focus on activity and issues related to the DSRIP program.
Each Public Comment Day will last from 10:30am – 3:00pm.
