Good morning. In today’s edition of the State Register, OMH has published a Notice of Adoption of a proposal that amended three separate Parts of Title 14 NYCRR: Part 512 – Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS), Part 588 – Medical Assistance Payment for Outpatient Programs, and Part 591 – Medical Assistance Payment for Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Programs (CPEP).
This adoption serves to increase Medicaid fees paid to certain OMH-licensed programs. This increase is consistent with the 2014-15 and 2015-16 enacted State budgets and the COLA provided in Chapter 60 of the Laws of 2014. The regulation has been in effect via emergency adoption since June 8, 2015, and was adopted as final effective today.
