Hello – There are two new RFPs posted on OMH’s website for the development of scattered site housing in NYC. One is for a forensic population and the other is for high users of Medicaid. The rates for both are the standard rate of $15,874. I urge you to seriously consider if you can operate these beds at this low rate before responding, and if you choose not to respond, I ask that you write a letter to the Commissioner telling her why.
