BH-IT Milestone Due Dates Extended

The BHIT team has extended the milestone timeline to ensure providers have enough time to properly meet the milestone deliverables!

  • New BH-IT Milestone Due Dates:

o   M1 – BH-IT enrollment = March 31, 2017

o   M2 – HCBS GO Live = October 31, 2017

o   M3 – HCBS Billing = January 31, 2018

  • We still encourage providers to proactively complete the milestone deliverables before the due dates for faster turnaround in payments.

BH-IT Provider Participation Contracts (BH-IT PPA)

  • BHIT contracts will be sent directly to the point of contact indicated on the BHIT enrollment form within the next two weeks.
  • An authorized person from the provider organization will approve the contract and related documents using electronic signature
  • The contracts include milestone documentation templates for your Organization to complete in order to receive BHIT funding support.

Ready to contract with a Qualified Vendor

Contracting with a Qualified Vendor Checklist:

  • Schedule an on-site Assessment with the BH-IT Technical Team.

  • Check in with both the Vendor and the BH-IT Team on special HCBS discount pricing.
  • If you are unclear of the items below check in with the BH-IT Team:

o   Your Organizational HIT needs – Email: [email protected]

o    Your Organizations Support category –Email: [email protected] (This defines the amount of funding your Organization is eligible to receive)

If you feel confident about the items above feel free to move forward with your selected Qualified vendor

What should you do now?

  • Create a folder on your computer and start collecting/saving the required documentation (see milestone attachment). This will prepare your Organization to send out BH-IT milestone documents to the BH-IT Team
  • If you have a question reach out to the BH-IT Team or your Qualified Vendor
