The January 1, 2018 – December 31, 2018 Consolidated Fiscal Reporting and Claiming Manual, Appendices and Transmittal Letter are now available at the following location on the New York State Education Department (SED) Rate Setting Unit (RSU) website: http://www.oms.nysed.gov/rsu/Manuals_Forms/Manuals/CFRManual/home.html or can be downloaded here.
The link to the CFR extension request for providers operating NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and/or SED programs is also available at the SED RSU website.
Also, version 32 of the CFRS software is expected to be available for download in the coming month.
As each CFR state agency is separately notifying providers, you may receive multiple notifications of the release of these documents.
