The BH HCBS Infrastructure service delivery period end date is March 31, 2020. The HARPs and providers now have discretion to extend the service delivery period to September 30, 2020. See the email below. The memo can be found here.

The State recently released a memo to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations with Health and Recovery Plans (HARPs) outlining time extensions to the Adult BH HCBS Infrastructure Program service delivery period and Quality Program measurement period. This memo is attached for your information.
Please note any Adult BH HCBS Infrastructure Program service delivery period extensions and/or contract amendments are at the discretion of each HARP.
