Please let us know what you think of the Mayor’s 90-day review of, and plan for, its homeless services operations. The plan includes more than 40 recommendations for how the city should streamline services for nearly 60,000 homeless residents living in shelter, and for residents facing homelessness from possible eviction.
The plan would consolidate many functions of the Department of Homeless Services and the Human Resources Administration, overseen by current HRA commissioner Steve Banks.
