It is my pleasure to announce that we have hired Justin Hladik as our new Social Media and Communications Coordinator.
Justin is well versed in issues surrounding mental health, has had front-line experience both in direct care and case work, ran a youth advocacy program at an ACL member agency; has extensive training, presentation, and non-profit social media experience; and just prior to ACL, held a position as a Contract and Grant Administrator at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc.
Justin, along with his wife Amanda, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor for the NYS Commission for the Blind; have been extensively involved in assisting those New Yorkers most in need. Justin lives right here in Clifton Park with Amanda and their infant son Maxon.
Justin will be running ACL’s social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) Website, and will be working to directly engage ACL member organizations via these outlets. He will periodically be reaching out to you to gather personal stories, agency information/events, etc. to give our organizations more exposure.
Additionally, Justin will develop better ways to communicate with our younger staff. After all, young professionals are the future of your organization and ours, and engaging them through social media will strengthen their dedication to the services your agency provides.
