Due to feedback received from the HH/MCO Work Group meetings held on November 4, 2015 and December 15, 2015 the State is in the process of reviewing the “Billing Guidance for the Administration and Billing of the Adult BH HCBS NYS Eligibility Assessment and the NYS Community Mental Health Assessment” released on 12/7/2015. At this time, please disregard that billing guidance (which will be removed from the Department of Health’s website). The Department will release final billing guidance via a WebEx tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, December 30th. The slides will be made available and posted on the website following the Webinar.
