Although it is our intent to send out information once per week, from time to time we will have a need to issue guidance more frequently.
The 2015-10-19 Supplemental Medicaid Managed Care ACT Guidance has been issued today to address questions related to accessing ACT services in New York City for managed care enrollees. This guidance covers the transition for persons placed on the SPOA wait list prior to 10/1/15. It also addresses Referrals to ACT initiated after 10/1/15 which are to be handle under managed care.
