Our Residential Counselors are responsible for the supervision and care of all individuals residing within our program, such as ensuring client safety, implementing all aspects of the activities scheduled, documentation and implementation of client goals and services, participating in the semi-annual and annual client review process, avocation for client needs and problem solving to overcome obstacles faced by program residents.
Requirements:
A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field
An Associate’s degree in a human services related field & 3 years’ experience in human services
A High School degree & 5 years’ experience in human services, or other professional disciplines which receive the written approval of the Office of Mental Health
Some travel is required. VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE IS A MUST!
