2019 NYC CCoC Evaluation Preliminary Results
The 2019 Preliminary Evaluation Results are now available on nychomeless.com and can also be accessed by clicking here. The Data Adjustment Period begins today and ends on Friday, January 25, 2019 at close of business. Changes to your data in HMIS and/or any documentation submitted after this date will not be accepted.
Participation in the Data Adjustment Period requires one (1) email with the following:
- Contact Charlie Winkler or TusrefaMahajaben and copy the appropriate CCoC Liaison Merih Anil (A-Hagencies), Amanda Slater (I-P agencies), Aleida Valentin(S-Y agencies), and Tusrefa Mahajaben for HPD.
- Submit a completed Data Adjustment Period Request Form (located here) to [email protected] with subject line: 2019 Evaluation Data Adjustment Form.
Updated Preliminary Results will be provided on Friday, February 1, 2019.If you have questions about the Evaluation process please contact Charlie Winkler directly.
