New York State is convening a Town Hall for Long Island Adult BH HCBS providers. The purpose of the Town Hall is to provide information and listen to providers’ experiences with implementation.

Who Should Attend – please note: NYS is requesting that agencies send individuals who would be considered decision makers.
- Rest of State Adult BH HCBS designated providers: limited to 2 attendees per agency
- Rest of State Health Home providers: limited to 1 attendee per Health Home providers
- Rest of State MCOs: limited to 1 attendee per MCO
- Rest of State Care Management Agency providers: limited to 1 attendee per CMA
