… Community Access, a mental health nonprofit, will break ground at 10 a.m. on a $52 million affordable and supportive housing complex on 172nd Street in the Bronx. The 126-unit building follows its “housing as healthcare” model by incorporating active design, and various health amenities including a community kitchen, outdoor exercise equipment and an urban garden space to improve health outcomes of tenants.
