Unity House of Troy is looking for a Grants and Contracts/Subaward Administrator. This is a full time position that will: review requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinate effort to respond to RFPs, work with program to draft narratives and logic models, assemble application packages in accordance with funder guidelines, monitor and report on the status of grants, and maintain tracking systems. A primary responsibility of this position is to manage subawards and subrecipients. This position will work closely with all of Unity House’s departments as well as with funders and community partners.

Requirements: a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience with federal and state grants/ contracts. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet all deadlines. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with multi systems. Please have superior written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce consistent high quality work. You must be able to work collaboratively in an open office space, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Must have a valid NYS driver license and acceptable driving record which is in compliance with company policy..
