State EO 38 Guidance
Beginning July 1, entities that are determined through the EO 38 website application to be Covered Providers will be able to complete and submit the required EO 38 Disclosure via this website.
EO 38 regulations require that covered providers submit a disclosure within 180 days of the end of the Covered Reporting Period (CRP). This allows sufficient time for providers’ year-end financial statements to be finalized. For example, those providers with a CRP of July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014 must submit their disclosure by December 27, 2014 (180 days after the end of the CRP). Covered providers with different CRPs will be able to provide disclosures in the related timeframes.
EO 38 system Training Webinars will be scheduled for eligible providers in the coming weeks to coincide with the “go live” date of the application and will continue as demand requires. There will also be on-line tutorials, quick reference guides, and informational instructions available throughout the on-line process within the EO 38 system.
