Inaugural Meeting of the Interdepartmental Serious Mental Illness Coordinating Committee

The Secretary of Health and Human Services will open the inaugural meeting of the Interdepartmental Serious Mental Illness Coordinating Committee (ISMICC) on Thursday, August 31, 2017, in accordance with the 21st Century Cures Act. The meeting will include information on federal advances related to serious mental illness and serious emotional disturbance, including data evaluation and recommendations for action. Committee members will also discuss workgroups, future meetings, and the Report to Congress.
