Dear Health Home Community,
The NYS Department of Health (DOH), Office of Mental Health (OMH), Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), and Local Government Units (LGUs) are hosting a series of consumer education forums in counties outside of NYC to inform Medicaid members about the upcoming transition of adult behavioral health services into Medicaid managed care. We are encouraging Health Home Care Managers to inform members on their caseloads who utilize mental health and substance use disorder services to attend the forums to learn about the upcoming changes. This flyer includes the dates and registration link and can be posted and/or distributed to Health Home members.
