OMIG Compliance Certification Requirement 12/31/2017 Deadline Reminder!

Reminder! All Medicaid providers subject to NY’s Mandatory Compliance Program Obligation must certify by 11:59pm on December 31st.

Additionally NY’s Medicaid providers subject to the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 must complete their DRA Annual Certification by the same time and date.

NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General Reminder of Certification Requirement for Compliance Programs and DRA Obligations

This is a reminder to all Medicaid providers subject to New York’s mandatory compliance program obligation in Social Services Law section 363-d and 18 NYCRR Part 521 that the December Annual Certification period expires December 31, 2017 at 11:59 PM. Additionally, New York’s Medicaid providers subject to the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 must complete their DRA Annual Certification by December 31, 2017 at 11:59 PM.

Information, instructions, and the certification forms required to meet the compliance program and DRA certification requirements are available on OMIG’s website at https://www.omig.ny.gov/compliance/

If you have already completed your New York State Social Services Law section 363-d and 18 NYCRR Part 521 December Annual Certification for December 2017, thank you. There is no need to certify a second time in December 2017.

If you are subject to the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 and have already completed your DRA Annual Certification for December 2017, thank you. There is no need to complete a second DRA Annual Certification in December 2017.
