NY CITY BHIT INFORMATION for 2017

Happy Holidays from the NY City BHIT Team!

The BHIT Team wants to give you a quick update on what to look forward to for 2017!

BHIT Provider Participation Contracts

  • We will be sending out the BHIT contracts in mid-January to all of our enrolled Organizations.
  • The contracts include milestone documentation templates for your Organization to complete in order to receive BHIT funding support.

Negotiated HCBS Pricing

  • For Organizations that are looking to contract with one of our BHIT Qualified vendors, ensure you ask about the HCBS discount pricing!
  • Our Qualified vendors have been working with us to offer you a special discount for being part of the BHIT program.

What should you do now?

  • Create a folder on your computer and start collecting/saving the required documentation (see milestone attachment). This will prepare your Organization to send out BHIT milestone documents to the BHIT Team in January.
  • Don’t be shy – If you have a question reach out to the BHIT Team or your Qualified Vendor
  • Look out for emails about upcoming BHIT webinars in January!
