The Program Manager is responsible for the overall functioning of a scattered site apartment program for adults with substance use disorders. Duties include: planning, development, and implementation of coordinated and comprehensive recovery based services which improves the quality of life for each person served, implementing evidence based therapeutic programming, providing ongoing evaluation of and creation of programs/services as needed, meeting licensing and accreditation standards as set by agency performance standards, policies and procedures, providing leadership and management for the assigned program, supervising assigned staff, providing a positive work atmosphere that reflects agency values. Program is regulated by NYS OASAS.

Minimum Qualifications:
CASAC-2 or higher credential or other QHP as defined by OASAS operating regulations (e.g. LMSW, LMHC, CRC, RN). Three years SUD supervisory experience highly preferred. NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work required.

Full-time, exempt: 35 hours. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Must be flexible to meet program needs and able to perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.
