The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring safe, clean, accessible and cost-effective facilities, housing, vehicles and related equipment by developing an efficient facilities team with a strong customer-service approach. Participates in the development and execution of the facilities strategic plan. Coordinates facilities related capital improvement projects from planning through implementation. Maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. In all dealings, this individual will support the Mission, Vision and Values of East House. Directly supervises Maintenance Technicians. Reports to VP of Real Estate Development and Facility Management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 7-10 years facilities management experience, preferably in group home and apartment environments. Technical/Trades training and/or experience with knowledge of: HVAC systems, electrical wiring, carpentry, painting, plumbing etc; OSHA and safety training. NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work required.

Full-time, exempt. Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
