Responsible for assisting the Program Manager in providing leadership and management of a 16 bed community residence for adult males with substance use disorders. Assists manager to ensure adherence to state certification regulations, funding requirements and other applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Performs specific managerial duties in addition to carrying a caseload. Duties may include: direct supervision of staff, scheduling, maintaining inventory, maintaining finances, maintaining the facility, carrying a caseload, running groups, etc. Program is regulated by NYS OASAS.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services able to obtain QHP status within 3 years of hire OR current QHP as defined by OASAS regulations (e.g. CASAC, LMSW, LMHC, CRC, RN, etc.). Prior supervisory experience preferred. NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of personal vehicle for work required.

Full-time, hourly: 35 hours. Schedule: Sunday – Thursday day shifts. Must be flexible to assist with 24 hour house coverage and rotating on-call duties.
