Responsible for assisting the Program Manager in providing leadership and management of a supported apartment program with 13 on-site single apartments for adults with a serious and persistent mental illness. Assists manager to ensure adherence to state certification regulations, funding requirements and other applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Performs specific managerial duties in addition to carrying a caseload. Duties may include: direct supervision of staff, scheduling, maintaining inventory, maintaining finances, maintaining the facility, running groups, etc. Program is licensed by NYS OMH.
Associates degree in human service related field and 3 years paid human service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in an adult residential rehabilitation setting serving clients with mental illness is preferred. NYS motor vehicle license, safe driving record and availability of vehicle for work are required.
Full-time: 35 hours a week. Tuesday – Saturday, daytime shifts. Rotating on-call duties.
